Scanning
DIS will perform regular vulnerability scans on the STS infrastructure and will have the ability to perform vulnerability scans against Customer workloads. DIS and Customer will need to determine who will be responsible for running vulnerability scan against Customer resources within the STS environment.
Alerts
Performance alert notifications can be configured for Customer-specific network/firewall/compute/storage resources within STS. DIS and Customer will need to work together to define the requested thresholds/triggers specific to network/firewall performance degradation.
Resiliency alert notifications can be configured for Customer-specific network/firewall/compute/storage resources within STS. DIS and Customer will need to work together to define the requested thresholds/triggers specific to network/firewall resiliency degradation.
Logging
Log information for Customer-specific network/firewall resources within STS can be forwarded.
Reporting
Reports can be configured and generated in Cherwell (and within ServiceNow in 2025) for infrastructure incidents related to Customer-specific resources; Alerts will be sent to all Customers for any planned maintenance as well as any unscheduled outages associated with the STS infrastructure.
