AETN DIRECTOR
The AETN Executive Director is responsible for policy implementation, strategic planning, budget preparation, operations and management of the state-wide educational telecommunications network and private foundation.

Typical Functions:
Works with government and communities; advises commission and foundation board on public and educational telecommunications; serves as principal liaison with commission and foundation boards.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
Experience/ability to work with professional staff, volunteers and community groups; knowledge of FCC rules and regulations regarding public broadcasting; knowledge of legislative process; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in radio and television, journalism or related field.
