The DHS Process Improvement Director works under general direction and is responsible for planning and directing the operations of programs in the Department of Human Services (DHS). This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in general business, sociology, or a related field; plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in program development and administration or a related field, including three years in a professional management capacity.
