Voice Services
OST offers a variety of telecommunications services. The State Voice Network provides dial tone and voicemail services to agencies, boards, and commissions across Arkansas. OST also provides Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VOIP), which routes voice conversations over an IP network, eliminating some long-distance charges. Other services offered include voice mail and audio and video conferencing.
