Gerald Black

In addition to serving as a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones, Gerald Black also serves as a Justice-of-the-Peace for Hot Spring County, secretary of Hot Spring County Economic Development, and secretary of the HWY9 Water Assoc.

As a JP, Gerald serves as both Chair of the Quorum Court and Chair of the 911 committee.  His time on the Court and serving on several local boards is where Gerald learned the value of GIS and accurate mapping. He has a clear understanding that a healthy GIS contributes to the economy of our state and our ability to compete and attract business.  

Gerald and his family live in Malvern.  He has his undergrad from Henderson State and a Masters from Gonzaga University.  He is heavily involved in both local and state politics.
