LEXINGTON, Ky — The National Association of State Chief Administrators (NASCA) announced Amy Fecher’s election as an At-Large Director of the Executive Committee. As a member of the executive committee, Fecher, Arkansas Secretary of the Department of Transformation and Shared Services, is tasked with guiding the industry and providing robust thought leadership on issues that transform government operations.

“In Arkansas, we have streamlined the structure of our state government and built a strong shared services model to find savings and simplify services for citizens. I look forward to sharing what we’ve accomplished, learning lessons from my peers, and working to advance government operations around the country,” remarked Fecher.
