Director Jessica Patterson

Jessica Patterson is the Director of the TSS Office of State Procurement. Jessica previously worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice Rhonda Wood at the Arkansas Supreme Court, where she assisted the Justice in research and draft judicial opinions. Before that, she was a litigation attorney at McCranie, Sistrunk, Anzelmo, Hardy, McDaniel & Welch, LLC in Covington, Louisiana. There, she represented defendants in toxic tort and product liability cases.

Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. She lives in Little Rock with her husband and two children.
